Front end Issue?

Hello,
I have a squeak that is getting to me now. I thought it was my toolbox shifting when I went over a bump but I know that the sound is coming from the front end. When I rock the truck a little with my hand, there is a squeaking that comes from the suspension area. On the road it only really does it when I hit a bump or pothole. I hope this isn't anything to worry about but I just want to make sure that my wheel bearings arent going or something exspensive. Thanks, and I will try to answer any questions to solve the problem.

Get someone to rock the truck as you creep around and look. A lot of times you can feel the vibration of the part as it squeaks.
I doubt if it is your wheel bearings.

It is coming from the front end around the hub areas. The sound comes and goes when driving. Maybe the u joints are going but aren't that bad yet? It goes in for an inspections soon so maybe they will find something.
