Water in oil, oil in radiator.Need help!

Water in oil, oil in radiator.Need help!
What could cause water in oil and oil in coolant system, other than a blown head gasket or cracked head. I just put a new head gasket on and had head cheked for cracks thinking that was the problem. Thanks

My 91 sprung a leak in the oil cooler and pumped oil into the coolant system, not a big fix just a big pain. Apparently there was a bad batch of coolers and the soldered seams would come apart. PK
