Water in fuel, indicator?

Water in fuel, indicator?
Driving in wet weather with my 12 valve. The water in fuel light lights up which it has also in the past and dry weather. Truck runs fine but Haddaway fix that?.

Have you drained the seperator into a clean container to check for water? There isn't much to it either, 2 wire sensor. Make sure connections and pigtails are clean and no frayed wires.
