Bought this truck with twins already installed is this a wastegate or popoff

Which ever it is, it makes a mess under the hood. I need to make a shroud or something exhaust black all over.

I believe Piers uses them in his twin setups.

I belive you hit the nail right on the head. I still have to figure a way to surround the thing. to cut down on the mess.
