VIN decode, gearing?

Anyone know where I can find a VIN decoder or something to tell me what gear ratio I have installed in the truck?

It will be either a 4.10 or a 3.54 ratio.

We could probably tell you if you told us your tire size & RPM's at 70MPH.

Post the last 8 of the VIN and how many miles are on it, I can tell you what it came with from the factory

How the heck can you figure that out?
Cant they take some of your VIN numbers and get keys made from the dealership?
Couldn't car theives get the VIN number off the dash and get keys made from the dealership and have access to yor tuck? Sorry that I got off topic guys
