Valve spring removal procedures?
I want to put in my 4k springs and was needing the procedures to swap the valve springs on the truck. I know there is a way to do it so the valve wont fall into the cylinder. Would it be the same for adjusting the valves??? I also do not have a baring tool so I will be using the alt nut.. TIA

TTT I know somebody has swapped springs on these things before....
