Turbo rebuild kit
Not in a "rebuild kit".
If it's that bad that you need the shaft and wheels, then Holset sells what's called a "center cartridge kit", which is the skinny center body with shaft and wheels attached. All you then do is swap your compressor and exhaust housing onto the center cartridge. Not cheap tho, they can run 550-650 bucks.
You'll have to get your OE numbers off your turbos tag. HX35's come in many different sizes and shaped compressor wheels that must fit the appropriate compressor housing (like a 12v wheel will not fit a 24v housing).
It might be better to just look for a good used HX35 if that's what you really want to keep on there for a turbo. Because at that price you're half way to an S300.

If it's to the point where the shaft and wheels need replacing it also must be balanced.
Best to leave that to the pros.

I'd suggest just getting a used turbo. It's tough to beat them for about $200 to $250. If you want piece of mind, go ahead and get a rebuild kit at the same time for $75. It's not hard rebuilding them. I did mine about 10K ago and it's still purring along just fine. Plus you could probably get $75 or more out of yours if you sell it.
