Mine shifts to overdrive then to lockup. Matt

 

cummingetsome is right, I put a indecator light under my dash that is wired in to my tc lockup switch and it does not come on until tc locks up. when i lock it up manually, it comes right on, when i have the switch off and let the tc lock up by itself, it goes from over drive then to lock up, haveing the light, i always know when im locked in.. pretty simple to hook up too!! ;D

 

Doodah, can you manually lock up in 3rd with OD off? I'd like to be able to keep 3rd locked while on the Dyno. Which wire are you picking up from the tranny to keep it locked up? Thanks, Lon

 

Yeah, <br>When you turn O/D off your converter locks up in third gear. When you turn O/D back on it unlocks then shifts up then locks again.
