Transfer case leak

Hey guys, I wonder if someone can shed some light on a problem I have with my 95 4X4 manual transmission.

On the highway, the transfer case is leaking, ATF is on the tailgate, exhaust pipe, rear end, basically the whole underside and rear of the truck. On a recent 1100 mile trip, the transfer case was almost completely dry. I filled it up and pressure washed the underside of the truck. I drove my truck in town for about six months, and had no leakage. The driveway was clean. One short 100 mile journey and the truck is coated in ATF again.

What gives? I should mention that I had the local Dodge dealer repair the fifth gear nut and this is when the problem started.

Someone on here posted a picture of the transfer case in a different thread, and from the looks of it, there looks like a breather hose is comming out of the top. Where does this hose hook up in relation to the transfer case? I for the life me cannot find where the leak is or anyplace for a breather vent or hose. The Dodge service manual I have shows a seal between the transfer case and tranny, but my transmission is not contaminated with ATF. And of course the section on the transfer case is real sparse, so it is of no help.

I'm not sure of the transfer case model #, but the truck is a 2500 with 8800 lb GVW.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
