Tranfer case rear seal ??

Well , I have discovered my new (to me) 97 2500 CTD is loosing oil out of the tranfer case at a disturbingly rapid rate ; it appears , thru the rear seal . Has anyone replaced this little bugger before ; any hints or procedures you'd like to share ?

Make sure that its transfer case fluid thats auto trans fluid. My 01 leaked some but i never had to replace the seal. It shouldn't be to hard go buy a haines manual it should be able to talk you thru the process. All you should have to do is remove your driveshaft make sure you mark where it was on you rearend diff.
