I got a 94 12 valve, and it was pretty beat up by my brother, and the trac bar stud keeps breakin on me for some reason, just wonderin if anyone had any ideas about what is causin this

 

Sounds like the taper in the pin connection to the frame is no longer round or has a crack in it. Once you loose the torque on the stud it can't take the shear force from the track bar.

I would suggest an upgrade to and 03TBK from Solid Steel. Gets rid of that joint location and allows you to use an 03 track bar without the ball joint.. I've had mine for probably 5 years without an issue at all.
