Trac bar problem?

Trac bar problem?
When I brake there is clunking sound and my truck pulls hard left. The steering wheel turns to when I brake. I'm thinking that it is the trac bar. Also where is the best place to get the bracket to retro fit a 3rd gen trac bar. I already have the trac bar I just need the bracket.
