torque spec ex manifold ?

Question torque spec ex manifold ?

hi
what is the proper torque spec for the ex manifold to head bolts for the 98 12v engine .

just removing the ones i have and couting them with anti sieze so i can save some troube if i have to do a head gasket someday as i am just over 300,000 on the original now !

hi
wow 32 ft lb !

they were sure a lot tighter than that to remove , but there was no antisieze on them and a small amount of rust .
soaked them with liquid wrench for 1 hr and they came out with some force on a 3/8 breaker bar !

i wud recheck them after a couple days exhaust manifold bolts have a habit of coming loose. esp if you have a header(you have a manifold i know)
