Throttle Springs

My truck is starting to get really jumpy on rough terrain or between shifts. I see the spring at the end of the cable but should'nt there be another on the arm below the pump. It is really starting to get hard to drive. Also I noticed if the truck is not running and you push the go pedal it will stick where it's at, but this is only when it's not running. If it's running and you push it all is O.K. Thanks for the help.

Hard pedal when not running is normal.
Should be two springs. Go to a hardware store for a replacement.

Thanks for the info. I found a good drawing that showed the two springs. Just have to find the replacement now.
