I just picked up my first diesel ram, a '96 club cab. After closer inspection I found my transfer case is taking a dump. I can move the front driveshaft side to side and the oil runs out almost as fast as I pour it in.

I'm considering upgrading to an NP205 or Atlas II. Has anyone done this swap? Just wondering how much cutting & fabrication needs to be done and what kind of problems I should expect.
