I have been talking to Scott from midwest tranny and we can not figure this thing out everything in it is new and it still jumps out of 4x4 I now have a strap tied to the seat to hold it in HI-LOC it will just keep jumping out adjusted the shift lever and it never helped either just had the whole thing completley apart tonight and put it back in and it still dont work right everything is in good shape inside,slideing clutch and all the shift fork pads were replaced 30 miles ago bearings and all.. It just has me DUMB FOUNDED.. Any help would be great or even a new transfer case it is also an auto and a 241DLD..Thanks TJ

 

I use to have trouble with my old GM 3-speeds popping out of gear if the trans to bellhousing bolts weren't done up evenly. Might be something to check.
