stumbles right after starting

stumbles right after starting
New behavior. Been getting a stumple, almost dies, right after starting the truck when its been run for a mile or so after a cold start and then shut down/re-started.

Water? Filter? New problem for me.

Sucking air somewhere? Fuel heater leaking? Have you changed the filter recently?
