i've searched and read all of the posts and searched all over the net but i cant really seem to find an answer to my issue.


98 12v auto with 114k on it. has stock fuel plate 3/4 forward and a 3k spring for power mods.


i have a lockup switch and with the switch in the lock position in both 3rd and 4th if its below i would say 2000rpms and you "get into it" the tach will jump 150 rpms i would say....

is this the torque converter slipping or? it doesnt "shudder" tranny shifts fine otherwise.
