Shut down relay?
I am having some issues with my truck. I can manually pull the fuel solenoid down when it is running to kill it. It will pull up to start, but seems like the hold part of the circuit is failing.
Any suggestions?

I don't quite understand, are you saying it starts and runs fine but won't shut off?
If that's the case the problem is usually a torn or missing solenoid boot that allows gunk in the solenoid so it doen't move easily.
Sometimes pieces of the boot itself will hang the solenoid up.
Clean solenoid and replace the boot.

Sorry typing on my phone. It starts, but lacks power. I checked to make sure that the solenoid is pulling all the way up. It seems like it is, but I can easily pull it down and kill the truck. I am thinking that when hitting bumps it is moving up and down shutting the fuel almost off.

Ok, took solenoid apart to clean it. Found the issue, the bottom part of the plunger has completely separated from the top part. So the fuel arm is moving freely as it is not attached to anything. Guess I'll try to JB Weld it back together. Probably either that or put a manual cable in.

They are all "broken" like that.
Unless the solenoid is installed the boot is the only thing that holds it together.
I usually turn the key on and lift the solenoid up before removing it.
Keeps parts from flying until you can get it up where it's easier to contain.

The ball and cup on mine was so worn out that nothing could fix it...As I remember there was a snap ring...It was worn out also...Bought a new one from Geno and that fixed it...Even a new boot didn't fix my old one...
