shopping for injectors

It may be time for new injectors on my 1994 5.9L Ram 2500 auto.
I don't want to spend a lot, but I also don't want to just grab the cheapest injectors and then suddenly discover I bought a shoddy product.
I found some remanufactured injectors at www.fuelinjectorwhse.com for $50 apiece not counting core. That is the best price I found so far, without spending too much time looking. I'm interested in hearing other suggestions.

Hate to say it, but unless $$ is your over riding concern, I would look for a good set, like DDP2 or 3's.

The price only hurts for a wee bit, and the mileage increase more than makes up for it.

There are a variety of stock injectors that will fit your truck , some like your 94 will match the 160HP that you truck came with , a mild upgrade but stock , would be the 215HP injectors .
I have read some about putting a little more fuel in [ through minor upgrades ] and getting better millage .

Quick question: in 1994 did the automatic come with 160 and the manual come with 215? Just wanting to know if buying a set of used 160's is appropriate for my truck (an automatic).

I am interested in this thread, my 96 has almost 2k on it and am sure that mine are getting tired, I am also keeping mine stock but I think I have the 160HP (automatic) and don't think the injectors for the 215HP would hurt unless I put my foot into it.

I do not remember all the changes , but for a few yrs. , about 94-96 , the auto had 160 HP , man. 175 HP .
The 215 injectors came in about 97 , here's a link that should help with many ???
