red fluid in NV4500

Ok, just wanting to make sure that there is no reason there should be red fluid in the nv4500. All the synthectic stuff that is for that tranny is clear looking correct?

I bought my NV4500 from High Impact and the oil they sent me was red.
Edit, I just checked as I have some left and its golden its the top that is red. Brainfart

the stuff amsoil makes looks just like regular gear oil. golden brown.
make sure it isn't atf.

Amsoil and Castrol are a light honey color, Royal Purple is purple (go figure), Redline is supposed to have a compatible oil, but I don't know what color it is.

That being said I would either run "Castrol Syntorq LT" or "Amsoil MTG"
