rear drums
I don't have any pictures, but the way I do it is to BLOCK THE FRONT WHEELS then jack up the rear wheels. You can do one at a time if you want. On the backing plate you will find an oval rubber plug. Remove the plug, use a brake spoon and turn the star wheel (you could even use a flat bladed screwdriver if you want). As soon as you feel or hear the shoes touch the drum stop adjusting. If you go more you will get them too tight. Put the rubber plug back in, remove the jack and blocks and you are done. It normally takes longer to jack it up than to do the actual adjusting.

I got that one figured out, I just snag the back of the truck with the forklift and hoist it up. The rest I do exactly the same as Tom.

Just one adjustment. Usually takes a couple of times prying with the screwdriver per side though. I usually jack up both tires at the same time and spin them so that I can feel for a slight drag as I never hear the shoes contact the drum.
