Quick Tps Question

I Have voltage reads right now at .77 at idle position and 3.52 WOT I thought I understood WOT # to be most important But wondering what they should be set to had seen somthing about 2.75. if you can give me some feedback that would be great. just in the middle of new install.......

Idle voltage is more important and should be 1 - 1.4 volts, the output voltage of the TPS must be at least 2.2-to-2.9 volts higher at WOT than at idle speed

From Bill K at DTT
Before anyone follows advice on how to adjust the TPS keep in mind that every action has a reaction. You can adjust the TPS voltage to pretty much what ever you want without following Chryslers procedures. Before starting, always record your original idle voltage; you must have a baseline to start from.
Make adjustments in small increments. First remove the TPS, knock out the 2 steel sleeves, with a small file oblong the holes, and install the tps sensor. Always start with the original voltage you had; as you increase your voltage your OD and TCC lock up will start to come in later and later. The down side of doing this is that when you slow down or if you remove your foot from the throttle, the TCC will not unlock unless you step on the brake pedal or your vehicle speed drops below a certain setting.

Thanks Infidel

Thanks For the info, With the Voltage reads I have you think I ought to bump up the voltage at Idle position. It says it will increase tc pressure as voltage raises... will that make loc up earlier or later

Yes, I would try to get the voltage at least up to 1.
You might have to remove metal mounting inserts on the tps and file the holes oblong to achieve this.
