When I had my truck in for a few leak fixes (that I didn't have time to do) the injection shop told me that I there was a oil seepage by the "throttle rod" on the pump. The pump has about 225k on it..
Is this fairly common or is it my good luck kicking in again?

mine leaks from the fuel shutdown solenoid rod that goes into the pump fwiw....

 

I've got a nice film down under my shutdown solenoid that I just noticed the other day...

oh well... rust prevention and all that
