like said earlier , you can get a compuchek fitting from Cummins that has a .043 orifice in it to dampen the pulse, take the banjo fitting and tap it for 1/8 compuchek fitting, and make your own hose and gauge. if you look at the heavy duty engines from Cummins , you will find many compuchek fitting all over the engine for doing pressure checks.
