My 98 dodge does not like 1st gear and now it pops out of 3rd gear with a POP....I have to tow a 10,000 5th wheel for around 100miles this weekend....who thinks it will make it? I still have 2nd 4th and 5th.....Should I try and change trans fluid? it's not old at all,,,,,,I'm just waiting on my new one from Standard trans and gear and want to race my bike this weekend.....ANyone?

 

Does it pop out under load or when you let off the throttle?

If it is when you let off, I would run it this weekend.

 

Thanks for the reply....No it's when you gas it....BAng it pops out.....who am I fooling with water and all the bikes..toy hauler is 15,000 Lbs.......Im waiting until next week to get my built Standard Trans NV4500
