No power steering, or something?

Hey guys just got my truck home (yay) but I noticed once I slow down and get down into town the steering as if theres no power steering, but when i give it gas its like it kicks in, Im wondering if 4x4 is on but I dont see an indicator on the dash saying 4x4. Any suggestions?

did you check power steering fluid lvl? may want to flush fluid, if its to dirty than makes scence to me that lowere rpm might not push fluid through pump? could be pump is ready to die? i just had my idel fixed was droppin to 450 -500 and i didnt loose power. i would check fluid lvl and see how clean it is first.

Neck, the PS pump also works the power brakes, do you notice any braking problem as well?

@ patdaly : It brakes fine, however when I am stopped and have my foot on the brake if I press down i can feel it kind of shudder.

@csa: I have yet to check that fluid, Im getting my kdp sealed today so when I get it tonight or tomorrow morning I will check the fluid.

Line pointing to the fuel shutdown solenoid crosses right over the cap.
