no brakes,no 4 wheel drive,no vacum
My buddy has a 1996 dually.This weekend we went to go on the beach.when we got thier we had no power brakes and it would not go into 4 wheel drive.Next morning everything was working fine. We think its a vacum problem but dont know to look.Please help

Vacuum pump and PS pump are driven off the same shaft. Does it have "hydra-boost" brakes or vacuum assist.

Johnx will find out today if he has hydra boost or vacum assist.

The 96s had the vacuum boost, I think the Hydo-boost came w/97s and later.
