I've got a new ticking sound comeing from the front of the truck. It only dose it at idle, but not always. I just replaced my overflow valve because my motor was ticking. It fixed it for a while, but a new tick has shown up. What do you think, lift pump, valves ?

 

Mine had a tick that drove me nuts. The fuel return line was beating against the bellhousing about 4" down from the fuel line bracket. I split some 5/8 heater hose and slid over the line, it did a dandy job.
