hey guys i just got done putting a new clutch, 5th gear back and addin snows meth 2nd stage. love the way everything runs but i am building my boost way too fast. i could hit 50# before but didnt because of the stock turbo but runing the meth now it jumps up so fast i can barley get into it. i have a boost elbow with a screw in it that doesnt do anything. i was wondering if i can put a needle valve in the line from the afc to my waste gate and controll it that way

 

You might consider sliding your AFC and fuel plate back. My 97 was building boost really fast (not as high as yours) and when I moved them AFC and fuel plate back the onset of boost was delayed (when it comes on it does build pretty fast though). You may have to play around with the adjustments to get the boost/fueling where you want. Only issue I ran into is the governor lever initially hung up on the fuel plate (to fix that, I just move the fuel plate forward a bit.
