new exhaust system
Trying to install a new MBRP 4" turbo back system on my '97 2500
Can't get the bolts loose at the turbo. Tried penetrating oils, some heat, and several broken sockets and knuckles. Need some advice as to how to do it, without setting my truck on fire. Any suggestions

I took off the whole elbow via the band clamp, then threw it in the vise. Then LOTS of heat and pb blaster.
FWIW, I had a heck of a time getting the new downpipe in, ended up unclamping the heater core lines, leaving the turbo elbow off, and bending up the a/c lines near the firewall to shoehorn it in. I almost cut the darn thing in half and got a coupling.
