Question Missing between 700 to 1500 rpms

Ok Guys heres the deal, All at once my 95 started chuging at low rpms. I changed the fuel filter right on the start no differents, checked the fuel heater screen an cleaned it no differents. Checked the injectors had one weak replace all six with 100 injectors why not. Still chugs at low rmps not as bad atfer 1800 rpms seems to smooth out. The pump has stock dv's and the cam plate is cut an moved forward. Stock lift pump I have not checked the fuel pressure yet, I did check for air getting in to the system. lines from the tank to the lift pump all look good. The only leak is two return washers on the the injector side. The return fuel gos in the filter base could that much air be getting in on the return side to the filter? an make the engine miss at low rmps ? I would'nt think it would I also adjusted the valves there on 10 an 20 no worries there. Thanks for any help

I would check the fuel pump timing before changing something else.

Sure the timing had slipped.

Right here> 12 Valve Timing

It will cost about $200 for special tools to check the timing.
For most folks it's cheaper to have someone else do it.
Just make sure they use the instructions in the link, not the guesstimate method.
