so how manny differnt exsaust manafolds did they make for the 5.9 the one on my truck is not long enghuf for the bolts on the no. 6 to line up any ideas

 

Is your the HTT or the ATS, thier 3 piece design Might not have been put together perfectly accurate. May you could tap that one section in or out tell it fits?? Not sure, but i am expecting one in the mail any day i went with the HTT. Good luck let us know what you find.

They only made one exhaust manifold for the 12valve trucks.

The problem is they shrink, and when you take them off, most of the time they will no longer go back on from too much shrinkage. Time to replace it with a new one or a performance 3-piece ATS or BD manifold.

 

Oh didnt understand the question then, couldnt he maybe just open the holes a little to give the manifold some wiggle room. I agree that replacing it would prob. be the best bet to, if youve got the money for it... they are expensive. Not sure what ones worth but i have one i suppose id sell off the engine i just purchased, i have a HTT on the way. Maybe try a dremel tool if your only talking a small amount, good luck
