Has anybody replaced the rear seals?i need to replace the one axle seal ,one side is leaking and while i m at it,also check on rear wheel bearings,do ineed any special tools for this, or a shop press?, i also need to pull the axle out in order to do this right??,thanks for your help.its a 97 2500., 220,000 miles on the clock.

 

Believe can rent special socket(big) to take hub adjuster nut off. Rest is fairly easy, abeit heavy. Don't leave nut tight.
