Is there anyone in the Yuma/Phoenix area that would like to get together and do the tab fix on their trucks? I want to get it done but have not met anyone who has done it and would like to dive into this with another set of eyes and hands. I have access to a welding and machine shop and also a full blown auto hobby shop on the Marine Base in Yuma. Any takers?

I'd love too.....I'm tired of this -35*C weather......
Actually with the information to be found on this site and others, you would do fine, it's not as big of a job as it seems. As others have said, if you can change your own oil you can do this.

Don

PS. And seriously... I would help if I was closer.

I tabbed my KDP several months ago. Took about 4 hours going slow. I will be in the valley march 25,26 and 27th for fire school at MCC. And I think Lukey. If I can be of help let me know.

Is there any place I can download exact directions and a parts list to do my 96? Maybe a manual in adobe format or something with barney style instructions? I know I have the ability to do this repair but dont want to tear this thing apart without good instructions. Thanks
