ISB Exhaust manifold on a 12 valve???

ISB Exhaust manifold on a 12 valve???
Guys and Gals,
I am in need of a turbo back and down manifold for a Cummins repower into a 1988 Ford van. I know that there is such a manifold for the 12 valve, that came on a F*rd delivery truck of some kind. ANyone know of a source???
I know that the 2003+ ISB motors have a "turbo back and down" exhaust manifold, and know of one available. Any of you know if this manifold will bolt up to a 12 valve?

is there enough material in a 12v head to match the exhaust ports to the ISB rounds?
Anyway, looks like I have sourced the manifold I need (Thanks Forrest Nearing!)
