Installed 3K GSK and now it revs but is really down on power???

I thought fuel pressure was supposed to be 17-22 lbs @idle and 25-35 lbs @ 2500 rpm- no load.

Might be a stupid question but is your AFC housing cover slid all the way forward?
Makes a major difference.

sorry bout stating that as fact i was only giving readings of what i have found to work on new or properly functioning diesel engines of the same type.

25-35lbs at no load is fine but a restriction would usually show at "rated load"
and anything above 18lbs at load would be good

i only turned mine down cause of the awfull racket the overflow was making above 20lbs

by the way i dont know if the TSB applies to the cummins in question since the TSB is for a 6.9l cummins not a 5.9l.......(not picking a fight i just thought the typo was funny)
