How long should someone let a misfiring injector go ...like i think the truck has a bad #4 {HP DD injector}...gives off a pretty good lope at idle and somewhat smooths out at higher RPM...will this cause headache if not dealt with now? :-[

 

I've heard that the 4K spring kits can give it a lope. ???
