how miles between oil changes ??????

how miles between oil changes ??????

i have always had 93 12v's and now i have a 1995 12v and i have got 3 different answers from 3 different people .... i run 8000kms on my 93's ,,,so what should i put on for km's between oil changes ?????????????????

It's the same motor with a different pump. Use the same interval if it has worked for you in the past. Have you ever had an oil sample analyzed? If not, you may want to pull one at your next change. You will be amazed at what comes up; you might end up going another 2000 km++ based on what is left in the oil. cd

ya i am diesel tech , u can go 10 000km to a change that is what dodge says but i would rather change it at 8000km and be safer , i like my engines

I change mine once a year. Last change was at 15,000 miles. I could have gone farther maybe double that. The oil was in great condition. But I also use a Frantz.
