I have done at least 3 maybe 4 retorques on the ARPs and marine head gasket over the last month and half. Is three enough or should I do it again. Valve lash barely changed from the time before this last retorque. IF I need to do it again should it be done Cold? Warm? Hot? I have heard so many different things

 

I would say you are good to go.
PDR recommended the engine to be cooled below 100* prior to doing a re-torque.

 

I have only done 2 retorques on mine. On either time they did not move at all. This may be because i bought a set of used studs tho.
