How do you get at the tc bolts to remove trans?

How do you get at the tc bolts to remove trans?
That's what I need to know. Do you have to remove the starter?

The bottom inspection plate isn't big enough...

you take them out where you bar the motor at theres a little plate with 10 mm bolts. take the bolts out before you pull the transmission or the converter will fall on you
