hi-idle screw on p-7100

A pump shop opened up my idle screw a while back on my motorhome and i would like to set it back . Where is the hi-idle screw on the p-7100 located? Does someone have pictures? I was told this adjustment can ruin my allison trans in short order and i want to return it to stock position.Thanks.

The high idle stop screw is the max wide open , no load, throttle stop. I don't see how this can hurt a trans, but it is your move. Low idle maybe.
Hold the throttle wide open and find the stop screw.

I have a ton of them but unfortunately the throttle linkage is removed on all of them.
That's because it has to be removed to take the pump out and get a good picture.

Anybody got big pictures of the low and high idle adjusting screws? I can,t see anything in the motorhome application on the p-7100 becase the frame is in the way. Does the screws have locknuts on them? Thank-you.

I got under the motorhome and i think i found it. Does it have a 10 milimeter lock-nut and a round head with a small hole in it? Do you have to stick something in the small hole and hold it while you undo the lock-nut?

You're asking a question that very few people could answer.
There is really no benefit to turning up the high idle so it's rarely turned up or down. I've dealt with a lot of pumps and have never messed with one.
It's higher rpm without power since the governor will cut back fueling unless you have a GSK.
Even with a GSK you don't have to mess with the high idle.
