Hi,

I got an used head. This is "supposed' to come from a 5.9l 1993, but the guy wasn't sure.. Can somebody tell me if this head will fit on my 1994?

Nobody can tell ? Or perhaps there's more number on the head to gives an hand?

Looks they same as my head off the 94 but Im not for sure If it is or not.

 

check out the injector holes, like where the stick out. the early heads have a bigger hole, 9mm if i remember right and the 94 to 98 have a 7mm hole.

 

RedRotors looks like according to this web page the '93 and '94 head should be the same. One thing you don't want is a head from before Jan. 1, 1991.

hehe.. i wanted to make a closed up picture.. Well, i'll take a look for the injectors hole.. I want to use this head and send it to Piers to get it o-ringed and ported.. and i dont want it to come back and not being able to slap it on the engine..
