well i gona need a head sooner or later .

truck running good for now , but !

front top ear where ex manifold bolts on has a crack 3/4 away around so if i remove the bolt it will surely fall off ! ooks like ex port has some cracks in also going to the ear ?

any good place to get a new head reasonable ?

prob can use my original valves retainers ect but price is right i may get compleat head filled.

gona run it till it causes a prob .

 

Call your local Cummins dealer, once a power club member you get good discounts. I wouldn't think a iron head would run much- the shipping cost from the weight probably be the most expensive part.

 

They are on eBay pretty cheap.

 

I bought an ebay one with valves and all, made offer of 420 and he accepted. So far works fine....
