Fuel Heater
Hey guys , winter is coming here to the northeast in a few months ... I was going to hook up a fuel heater on one of my 12 valve conversions and considering hooking it up to a switch .
My understanding is there is a thermostat inside the screen housing and it comes on below 40 degree's .
Looks like a 2 wire connector feeding into it , one ground and one 12+ .
Any thoughts on this ?
Thanks guys .

If you use winterized fuel there is absolutely no need for a fuel heater unless you're in arctic conditions.
To be safe never trust that service station fuel is winterized for anticipated low temps, add your own additive.
Using more than than the label recommended amount of additive doesn't increase it's properties and only lightens your wallet.
