Hard starts

Seems to me like my 12 valve is hard to start. I think maybe the timing is off ? Or am i just use to my 24V which kicks off as soon as you hit the key. I had a 93 model few years back but if my memory is correct ,I think it fired off as soon as i hit the key also. Any of you DFW guys have the tools to give me a hand with this.

The thing about the P7100 is there are a few adjustments you can play with and if there not set right it makes a difference. Once set right you should be able to reach in and hit the key and it will fire straight off as the vp does (close anyway) Try bumping your idle up a bit that should help.

I'd question whether it's your timing unless someone has advanced it. Harder starting is one of the drawbacks of advancing the timing too much.
