Guess I must be a little dense?

WAS getting over 19 mpg. Put on taller tires, now gettin 16? All empty miles, no load, no trailer, no hills to speak of.

Unless you have changed the speedo gears, you are going farther with the new tires.<br>george

Correct the new numbers (fuel mileage) using the difference in rev's/mile or circumference of the new tires.

Ok, thanks. I knew there would be a difference of course, but not this much : I really figured I should gain some, but the numbers threw me into a panic ;D
