I was going to swap my 10 plate for a 6 but the governor arm is so low down on the 6 that it binds. I fought with the governor cover screws for an hour but had no luck getting them out. I have a 3/8 drive screwdriver bit but it's too long even with the fuel filter removed. There's no way I can get my impact driver in there either. Are there any tricks to getting the screws out?
