gotta problem i think

gotta problem i think

i have a problem when idling and reving slowly at an incresing speed once it hits around 2800 rpms or so it cuts papapapapapapap and if im taking off and shifting manuely reving to 4kit wont go any further than 3k rpms whats goin on??? seems it has something to do with gov or something, if i floor it while idleing it will go to 4k rpms but pops around 3k,then smooths out but if pressing pedal slowly it wont go past 3k, sorry for the long post but any help on this would be gladly appriciated p.s.<br>#4 plate, 4k gov springs, 60lb valve springs, afc adjusted, 370 diamond b injectors, afe, dtt tranny, i think thats bout it unless im forgetting something

oh yea timing should be at 16 degrees i had a fuel injection shop do it but i kinda have my doubts on it as i think maybe they retarded it

Piers told me that when I installed my 4k gov kit that I would have to advance the timming to 16.5 to get it to rev past 3k.<br>DM01

so u guys think that timing is the culpret cause valve lash is in check, so timing must be the only other thing.... Everyone input is gladly appriciated...
