My turbo hits 35-37psi on a full romp.

My EGT's don't climb past 1,200 (I never let them).

Clutch is new and holds fine.

No blowby.

Am I in the danger zone yet?

 

Long as you don't go any higher with your boost and keep the timing under 18 you're fine.

60,000 miles in a slightly higher boost range here without a single problem and I occasionally bury my EGT gauge. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

 

hm I havent popped mine yet and im at 45psi max, 18 degrees. EGTs dont get much over 1200.

 

My cousins Truck has 250K on it and hes running 50psi?? i think or around there stock bolts been like that for 3 years, he's had enough boost to blow the intercooler boot off with the turbo he had on before the quick spool housing.
